Introduction

We make every effort to build easy-to-use, intuitive functionality that anticipates the needs and expectations of all our customers. Still, from time to time, you'll inevitably have a question or need some extra help. In this article, we outline the help available to you.

Support articles

Most questions can be answered from our online support articles. From the Support menu accessible from any page in ChurchSuite, click Get help to launch the support beacon. Note that the Support menu is only available in a browser environment, not from within the ChurchSuite app.

The article and video suggestions first shown relate to the page you are currently viewing but you can further search by topic, phrase or keywords - press <Enter> after typing a search term to see a list of matching articles. Clicking on an article in the list opens the article preview in the beacon. You can either scroll and read the article within the beacon pop-up or click on the article Title to read the article full screen in a new tab in your browser. Most support articles contain short videos to watch or you can read in greater detail to learn about intended functionality and follow step-by-step guidance with screenshots, lots of top tips and links to related articles for further reading.

If you're unable to find the answer to a question, click Ask to raise an Email for the ChurchSuite team - we aim to respond within one hour during UK office hours. We also offer Chat support in real-time subject to team availability during UK office hours. The team monitor support requests outside of working hours - we'll always do our best to respond to an urgent question or issue.
